Approved this twelfth day of December, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one (A. D. 1881). SAMUEL G. KING, Mayor of Philadelphia. AN ORDINANCE Granting permission to the North Broad Street Presbyterian Church to erect a frame mission chapel at Twenty-seventh and Hagert streets. Section 1. The Select and Common Councils of the City of Philadelphia do ordain, That permission be, and is, hereby granted to the North Broad Street Presbyterian Church to erect a frame mission chapel on... the lot of ground at the southeast corner of Twenty-seventh and Hagert streets, Twenty-eighth Ward. Before exercising any privi- 33 258 leges under this ordinance the said North Broad Street Presbyterian Church shall pay fifty dollars into the City Treasury to pay for the printing of this ordinance. And said building shall be removed on the passage of a resolution or ordinance to that effect. / WM. HENRY LEX, President of Common Council. Attest — George W.
