2. That the Department of Public Works (Board of Surveyors) be authorized and are hereby di- rected to place on the City plan as a puldic park and playground so mu^^h of the property described in Section 1 as is not now on the plan.

Upon the filing of said bond the said ground is hereby placed under the custody and control of the Board of Eecreation authorized bv the Act 332 of Assembly, approved June 9, 1911, subject to such rules and regulations as have been or shall be from time to time established by the said Board of Recieation for the care, management and maintenance of public playgrounds, and the said Board is hereby authorized and directed to im- mediately enter upon said premises and take possession of the same.
