This does not by any means take away the individuality of any member of our party, for the sphere of the Zionist pro- gramme is so wide and varied that it suprlies sufficient food for almost every single trend of thought and opportunity is offered to develop the same. On points of general principle however, every true Zionist is in duty bound to be subordinate to the will and voice of the people for that voice is our own, the principle factors in the Zionist Movement are : Congress, Actions Committee, Lands-Committee, District Committee, Society iind Members.
