...nary telegrams include those telegrams which are sent from the Central Observatory to the Provincial Stations requiring them to make special obser- vations, telegrams in reply to above and telegrams from the stations to the Observatory informing unusual meteorological phenomena.
20. An extraordinary telegram shall be marked on its despatch form the words " Extraordinary Meteorological Telegram " in red ink, and the name of the station shall be omitted, and when addressed to the Central Meteorological Observatory the words " Meteorological " only be marked.
