Therefore, in accordance with the terms of your Letter of Intent to Proceed, dated January 29, 1963, accepted on behalf of the Authority on February 12, 1963, said Land Disposition Agreement must be executed within twenty days of the date of this letter, that is on or before January 9, 1964.
