Art. 36* An action for the purpose of declaring invalid letters patent before the courts may be instituted in the name or on behalf of the District Attorney. Whoever may work or have in opemtion the same in* dustry shall have the right to interpose an exception and take part in the proceedings of interference. Art. 37. I«etters patent shall lapse: I.
