She was nervous being around so many men. Men of all shapes, sizes, and colors. A mixture of murderers, drug dealers, drug users, child abusers, molesters, bank robbers, to name a few. Then the trainer would continue. “Now look at his jacket, his criminal record.” The jacket would read, armed robbery, rapist, assault with a deadly weapon.
“Excuse me ma’am.” Forever peeked his head into Shan’s office. “I’m reporting for duty. I’m Thompson.” Shan was obviously stuck on stupid because she remained silent as she sat there staring at this perfect specimen who was an inmate. “I’ll be cleaning your office and the computer classroom, right?”
