A good plan is to bathe^plate for 1-2 minutes in the following solution — Biohromateof Potassium . 1-2 gms. (12-20 grs.) Hydrochloric Acid .... 0'35 o.c. (6 minims) Water ICO o.o. (3J ozs.) SINGLE COLOUR-SCREEN PLATES 1 27 If the positive shows the coloiirs too weak, intensify by one or other of the methods given in the Appendix.
