Securities are to be issued by the Operating Company and the Holding Company, respectively, as follows: By the Operating Company: (Subject to the approval of the Railroad Commission of the State of California and any other public officials having jurisdiction. ) First Mortgage Gold Bonds (the New Bonds), authorized issue, $50, 000, 000 To be secured by first mortgage upon all of the existing railway properties of the Old Company and all property hereafter acquired by the Operating Company integrally connected therewith and all property acquired by means of the use of proceeds of the New Bonds or against which New Bonds shall be issued.
