The Design Advisory Committee has reviewed details and models and found them to he quite satisfactory. Many refinements and practical improvements have been introduced to make the plans both workable and esthetically satisfactory. The Architects have been most cooperative, and we were impressed by their d...esire to meet all practical problems to the best of their ability, yet retain the great esthetic qualities which won for them the prize.
We believe that the architects should now be given authorization to proceed with the working drawings.
