Copies of the names and party entries on such list together with the changes of party affiliation are to be used at subsequent pri- maries for determining with what party the voter has been enrolled and no voter enrolled for one politi- cal party is to be allowed to receive the ballot of any other party, but he may change his enrollment according to the provisions of the act.
