George Hoadley, of Ohio, offered the following reso- lution: Resolved, That the thanks of this Convention be presented to its Vice-Presidents and Secretaries for their ability and fidelity in the discharge of their duties. Judge Hoadley put the question upon this resolution, and the same was unanimously adopted.
