If we are to preserve the spirit of unity and co-operation in this body, let us relieve it from the perils of foreign elements. We need to stand still to-day and wait the movement of God by His Spirit more visibly. It may be weU to lift the anchor when the sea is calm, but it is a perilous thing to lift it when the gale is still on.
