Crossings: The grade crossing of East Trade Street, Char- lotte, N. C, milepost 378, was abandoned dur- ing the fiscal year by the construction of an un- derpass, the cost of which was participated in by the Southern Railway, S. A. L., the Street Car Company and the City of Charlotte.
