It was moved by Dr. William Bailey, Kentucky, tliat, in ac- cordance with the recommendation of the Secretars^ the old Con- stitution should be adopted as the Constitution of the Conference of State, and Provincial Boards of Health of I^orth America.
Seconded and carried.
Dr. James Evans, South Carolina, moved that the recom- mendation of Dr. Paulus Ir\^ing, Virginia, that the Conference should meet every alternate year in Washington, D.
