Wouldn't you agree that the fans have a lot more confidence, that they wouldn't be sitting at home this summer watching TV reruns instead of live baseball, if you had done that which the American people expect you to do, and I think Members of Congress expect you to do, to have a commissioner active, on board, at this point?
