When I entered the hall, a smaller, drab version of the grand Hall of Assembly, I was happy to see so many familiar faces. Many of you are newly elected to your posts, having come to office under sad and dire circumstances, but do not think that you are in any way ‘substitute’ senators or fill-in members of the assembly.
