SPANISH RICE 1 tablespoon butter, 2 cups strained tomatoes, 1 chopped onion, or 1 can tomato soup, 1 tablespoon chopped 2 cups soup or meat stock, green peppers, or 2 cups of milk and 1 cup washed rice, water mixed, 1 teaspoon kitchen bouquet.
