Class III Permits may be issued to responsible adults only, to be exercised on a location described in the permit. Such permit shall run for a period of one month, three months, or six months, according to the character of the location and the nature of the material burned.
Class III Permits shall be issued upon payment of a fee of $2 per month or fraction thereof.
Class III Permits shall contain such additional terms and con- ditions as in the judgment of the District Chief are neces- sary for the pubhc safety.
