When employees were required to function in areas which they found dissatisfying, or to consistently perform tasks for which they had little ability or inclination, overall ratings for satisfaction and effectiveness were not expected to be significant across work behavior types or personality functions . Implications There are several implications of the findings of this study for personnel management in educational administra- tion and in other fields.
