Award to defendant on the ground that both parties were not under the terms of the act at the time of the accident. Decision sustained on appeal to the Superior Court of San Francisco.
Harry Christ vs. Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company. Award to applicant for temporary total and permanent partial disability on account of the loss of an eye.
