III. Subject Matter Dealt With. .
An analysis of the content of the treaties divides them into those which extend to alien workmen the advantages and safeguards of the 13 industrial legislation of the country in which they live and work; and those which involve the simultaneous adoption of the same labor standards by two or more countries.
