That conveyance, by statutable and indefeasible title, conveyed to the purchaser the estate as then improved, subject only to the lease of 1846, and any rights flowing /row it — I say emphatically " from it," but with no reservation of any rights, real or imaginary, that would flow, or might be supposed to flow, from anything done at an earlier period than the date of the lease.
