9. Additional information. The submission reqviirements set forth herein for development proposals are minimum requirements .
Developers are encouraged to submit any supplementary information or materials that may be of assistance to the Authority in evaluating proposals.
B. Method of Land Transfer The BRA will retain ownership of the property until all proposals have been received and evaluated.
