Article 25. The question as to whether the conditions as to nationality are fulfilled is decided in accordance with the law of the State to which the vessel belongs.
Article 26. The legal document showing the sale of an enemy vessel made during the war must be perfect, and the International Regulations Concerning Prizes 51 vessel should be registered before it leaves the port of de- parture, and in accordance with the law of the country whose nationality it acquires.
