It has been found impossible; for the most-part, for Her Majesty's Consuls to adopt a similar procedure, and statistics can only be appended for the States of Ohio and Massachusetts, and for the Consular district of~H-ew York, including the States of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Isl9,i]i,d., and Delaware- Acting Consul- Gene fal Fraser to Mr.
