AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL CERTAIN ORDINANCES.
The Common Council of the City of Ypsilanti ordain : Section i. That the following ordinances, made and passed by the common council of said city, be and the same are here- by repealed, viz: "An Ordinance Relative to License,*' made and passed May 19th, 1858, and all ordinances amendatory thereto; also, "An Ordinance defining the Duties of the City Attorney," made and passed May 24th^ 1858; also, "An Or...dinance Relative to Streets and Alleys," made and passed May 24th, 1858; also, "An Ordinance Relative to the Observance of the First Day of the week," made and passed May 26th, 1858, and all ordi- nances amendatory thereto; also.
