Sec. 54. Sale of milk from quarantined premises pro- hibited. The sale or use of milk or dairy products from a place where one of the quarantinable diseases exists, or where typhoid fever is present, is strictly forbidden, unless the milk is handled, cans and pails washed and stock cared for by persons entirely segregated from the affected family, and then only upon permission of the health officer.
