What we found The number of sites visited and evaluated during the Preliminary Rating phase was 2,653. Of these, 1,869 received either an "A" or "B" rating and were incorporated into the final MDT RHRS database. Many of these sites had their Preliminary Rating reduced from an "A" to a "B" rating during or following the Detailed Rating phase.
