Even Uiough the educators did the very best with the resources they were pro- vided, the students weren't receiving the equitable education com- pared to other students across the State.
When I accepted the job at Rittner, I was placed at the fifth step on our salary schedule even though I had 14 years of experience. However, that still gave me a raise of approximately $4, 000.
