As He spake by the mouth of His holy prophets, which have been since the world began. If, as it has been said, the law is the Gospel hidden, and the Gospel is the law revealed, we may observe that here, for the first time, the stream of Divine light seems to break in throughout this pro- phetic hymn, for all here is of that which is evangelical, spiritual, heavenly, and eternal.
