I stride up to the front door like I own the place. It’s a small two-bedroom home on the outskirts of Peach City. The town is mostly populated by anti-government, racist idiots with half of them living on government subsidies. I’ve never understood the philosophy. Fine, don’t support the establishment, but for God’s sake make your own way and don’t live under their thumb by... taking handouts you didn’t earn. Each month I scrape together enough to pay my few bills and meet my obligations. Nothing like the money I made before I was an ex-con, but I get by and work hard.
This entire area, with their white supremacy leanings, is the scum-hole of Arizona. Prison never changed my mind that the color of someone’s skin made them good or bad. Living with dickheads who think they’re better than their brown or black counterparts hasn’t changed my mind either.
