It is built of logs, is one story high, has two windows and one door. It stands in the door yard of the farm, formerly Joseph H. Cole's, deceased.
It is used for various purposes and is fast going to decay.
Another generation, and it will be forgotten.
James Wild was a wheelwright, and settled on the north side of the south branch of Penisaukin creek, on five acres of land, which he purchased of John Cowperthwaite in 171 2, and at but a short distance from the residence of his father-in-law.
