F is the kitchen, 10 by 20 feet, and G the dining-room, 14 by 18 feet; these apartments commu- nicate through a pantry H, 10 by 14 feet.
On inspection of the chamber floor, fig. 93, we find the stair landing, designated by L, with branch pas- sages M, through which communication may be had with all the chambers. S is the best of these, but N, O, Q, and R, particularly the latter, are very desirable rooms. P may be used as a dress-room or converted into a bath-room.
