By and by I became acquainted with other Christian scholars, especially with the late Herr Lieberkiihn, who was so justly esteemed on account of his abilities, as well as for his warm interest in the welfare of mankind. I also made the acquaintance of some teachers of merit in the Jesuits' College at Breslau.
