Weight 154 pounds. Hearing and vision apparently normal. Nose and throat examination negative. Appearance characteristic of an imbecile though reported normal up to seven years. Diagnosis: Probably high grade imbecile with superimposed psychosis, agoraphobia, lack of confidence, confusional states. Recommendation: Outdoor work on farm unless agoraphobia prevents.
