The length of the building along the front is 210 feet by 2 5 feet wide through the wards and 50 feet through the center. The side extensions are 82 feet long and the rear extension on the upper floors is 50 feet long, but as it runs into the side hill it has not been excavated the entire lengt...h in the basement. The arrangement of the first and second floors is the same, the side wards being 48 by 25 feet, the sun parlors 25 by 14 feet, and the rest of the floor space divided into rooms for offices, toilets, diet kitchen, and the other accessories used in a general hospital.
