RECOMMENDATION I recommend that the Council include official actions taken during executive sessions in the minutes of Council meetings.
EMPLOYEE TIME RECORDS Documentation for the Council's staff work time could be improved in my opinion.
The Council's current procedures for documenting employee attendance include: 1. The administrative assistant takes a daily attendance and marks it on her calendar.
2. Employees sign the standard state form for time taken off.
