The Clerk of Awards shall in such case, at the request of the Inspector, forward copies of the application to all parties interested, and any party may have his views represented in terms of clause 5 of the regulations of the 16th November, 1903. By the issue of these regulations the Court no doubt intended to remove any barrier which would prevent the employer from obtaining an interpretation, but it may be doubted whether the object aimed at has been satisfactorily accomplished.
