All students are required to take part, without credit, in one physical education activity each semester, and one other extra-curricular activity one semester each year. Quarterly Reports. For the purpose of reporting the progress of students, 'each semester is divided into halves At the end of the first nine weeks, each teacher submits to the Dean of Instruction a report for each student doing unsatisfactory work in his class. These reports are sent to the students. At the end of the semester ...a permanent report is recorded for each student, a copy of which is sent to the student and parents or guardians. Th'e system of grading is as follows: A — Excellent; B — Good; C — Fair; D — Passing; E — Failing; Inc. — Incomplete. All incomplete grades must be removed by the end of the following semester or they become failures. SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS Students whos'e failures in any semester or year amount to six or more semester hours shall not take all the regular work of the following semester or year.
