That the books herein prescribed are to be kept at the Indian missions.
That the sacraments of baptism and matrimony be duly administered, and record made of those who die, we com- mand priests having charge of Indian missions to observe the tenor of Constitution YL, in the title, De officio Yicarii sen Rectoris.
CONSTITUTION Xn.
The ministers of the Indians are to administer the sacraments in the form herein contained.
