And that had to do with the 1500-meter run. With about 300 yards to go, all of a sudden, out of the pack burst Josie Bar tell, of the grand duchy of Luxembourg (population, I believe, 195, 000), who was a rank outsiderno one ever thought he would get to the finals and here he was streaking for the tape against Bannister and a whole lot of others who were supposed to be much better.
