Symptoms. — The evolution of the cUnical symptoms in cases of pros- tatic calculi is slow, as a rule, depending in a large degree upon the loca- tion, the size, and the number of stones. At times the symptoms may be masked by complications, such as renal or vesical calculus, prostatic hypertrophy, or urethral stricture.
