Distilled fruit water is the finest flavoring for cordials, ice cream, confectionery, etc.
RASPBERRY AND BLACK CURRANT WATER.
For raspberries and black currant, Distill 50 lbs. Fruit 5 quarts water to obtain sixteen quarts of fruit water.
APRICOT, PEACH AND STRAWBERRY WATER.
