" The Lord. Cochrane." Notwithstanding Mr. Yorke's version of the reason of my absence from the ' Imperieuse,' I determined to make one more effort for permission to carry out my plans for harassing the enemy's coast, and thereby preventing them from forwarding troops to Spain.
