When the faint was over they took me home, and frightened my mother. I begged her to get me into the hospital, which might cure me, if anything could do so.
As they were not clear what was the matter with me, I was taken to the mental hospital.
Half a child still, I was not aware of the fearful ] significance of being obliged to live with the ] mentally afflicted.
