A work of th...is size and exhaustive character is perhaps hardly required by the mere tyro, but it should find its place in the library of every advanced bee-keeper in the kingdom. It is profusely illustrated by some hundreds of original wood engravings by the author, and may he regarded as a perfect encyclo- pcedia of the subject on which it treats.
