He laid the foundation stone him- self on February 22nd, 1415, in the presence of a distinguished assembly, the Bishop of London being the presiding prelate. On May I3th, at the request of the King of England and the King and Queen of Sweden, four Nuns with three postulants... and two Monks left the enclosure of Vadstena to go to England.
