“You made this?” Hannah asked.
Frederick stuck his chest out. “I did.”
“What does it do?” Giuseppe asked.
“When it’s finished it will do anything I want it to.”
“When will it be finished?” Giuseppe asked.
Frederick ignored Giuseppe’s question and beckoned to Hannah. He guided her to a place at the table near one of the arms. The metal clinked as he lifted the arm several inches.
