I unfolded it and noted that it was dated only a few days before Alex died. The sender’s email address was listed as vintagecarchick@—.
I quickly began to read.
Hi Alex. I feel unbelievably happy today and can’t tell you how much it meant to me that you drove so far to see me last night.
